1. Preparation steps:
Adding hesperidin and elemental iodine in an organic alkaline solvent, heating to 40 to 50 ° C, dissolving hesperidin, and then raising the temperature to 60-90 ° C, and detecting the reaction end point by HPLC;
2. Recovery step:
Distilling the reaction solution, recovering the organic alkaline solvent, adding purified water after the end of distillation, stirring, adjusting the pH to 5-7, allowing to stand for crystallization, filtering, obtaining crude diosmin, adding hydrogen peroxide and dilute to the filtrate. Recovery of elemental iodine by hydrochloric acid;
3. Purification step:
Dissolving the crude product with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, filtering and taking the filtrate, adding a water-soluble organic solvent to the filtrate to precipitate the diosmin after the salt formation, and then dissolving the salt-formed diosmin in water to adjust the pH to 5~7, standing crystallization, filtering, drying, pulverizing, and obtaining the finished product.
